Helping organizations use AI with clarity and good judgment.
AI training for administrative teams.
I train teams, advise leaders and help organizations work out where AI genuinely fits. Sessions are practical, grounded in real workflows, and delivered in English or French.

What I offer
-
AI training and workshops
Hands-on sessions that teach people to use AI well in their daily work: writing, summarizing, analysis, planning, meeting follow-up, and more. From a first introduction to advanced techniques for experienced users.
You get: Participants leave able to write clear prompts, check AI output critically, and apply a few techniques to their own tasks right away.
-
Bespoke training programs
Content and materials built around your teams, tools and tasks, for example administrative staff, HR, managers or educators. Includes slides and a participant workbook, so the learning stays with your people.
You get: Materials built around your tasks and tools, which your team can keep and reuse after the sessions end.
-
AI landscape briefings and advisory
A clear, vendor-neutral picture of what AI tools can and cannot do today, how they compare, what they cost in practice, and what your organization needs to consider before adopting them.
You get: A plain-language summary of the options, trade-offs and risks, so decision-makers can discuss and decide from a shared understanding.
-
Opportunity identification
Together we review how work actually gets done, find the tasks where AI saves time or improves quality, and rank them by value, effort and risk. You leave with a short, realistic list of pilots rather than a wish list.
You get: A prioritized shortlist of possible uses, with the value, effort and risk of each, and suggested first pilots.
-
Responsible and compliant use
Practical guidance on privacy, confidentiality, accuracy and human oversight, so staff know what is safe to put into an AI tool and how to check what comes out.
You get: Clear shared ground rules for staff on what to put into AI tools and how to verify the results. Practical guidance, not legal advice.
-
Ongoing support
AI tools change every few months. I can stay on as a regular point of contact: refresher sessions, office hours, and updates on what matters for your team.
You get: A familiar point of contact who knows your context as the tools and your needs change.
Ways to work together
- Introductory workshopHalf day. AI fundamentals, safe use and first practical wins. Suited to mixed-experience groups.
- Tool-specific, hands-on sessionHalf day. Applied training in one tool, built around your team's actual tasks.
- Multi-session programA series spread over weeks, with practice between sessions and follow-up on what is working.
- Leadership briefingA focused session for managers and executives on AI strategy, risk and priorities.
- Landscape and opportunity reviewA short engagement that maps your workflows, identifies where AI helps and recommends next steps.
- Ongoing advisoryRegular check-ins and refreshers as your use of AI matures.
These are starting points, not a fixed menu. Format, length and content are adapted to your group and your goals.
Tools and approach
I train on the tools your people are most likely to use, and I will work with others on request.
- ChatGPT
- Microsoft Copilot
- Google Gemini

- Others on request
Most of what makes someone effective with AI carries from one tool to the next: how to frame a task, give context, check the result and protect sensitive information. I teach those habits first, then the specifics of the tool in front of you. I pick up new tools quickly, so a client's choice of platform is not a constraint.
For decisions about adoption, I bring more than 23 years as an IT director. I look at AI the way a technology leader has to: against real business needs, existing systems, security, cost and staff capacity, not just what looks impressive in a demo.
